All aluminium alloys are available, such as 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx and 8xxx series. And available diameters are 3", 3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", 5.5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14" and 16" inches. The length of stocks can be determined by customer's requirement through sawing.
- Primary ingots and master alloys supplied by world renowned companies.
- To reduce volume of alkaline and impurities and increase cleanliness of molten metal. the optimum mixture of flux and inner gas are injected into molten aluminium through “Rotary Flux Injector” Stats Canada.
- To improve better efficiency on high strength alloys ,electromagnetic speeding stirring without contacting the metal (EMS) SHINKO (Japan) machine is used in bottom of furnace.
- To achieve thinner shell zone and finer grain size for supporting extrusion velocity and quality “AIRSLIP & Nu Max “ billet casting tools used.
- To refine billet gain structure Al Ti-Bi wire is used .
- To minimize hydrogen entrapment inside metal 6- rotor Alcan Compact Degasser (ACD) this inject argon gas to generate great amount of fine bubbles which removes hydrogen atoms.
- To ensure final product quality and remove impurity particles double filtration system with pore size (40~50 PPI) and (60~70 PPI) is used.
- To provide uniformed total homogenized condition along core / diameter & length each billet is passed through computer controlled continuous furnace instead batch furnace. Coupled with this batch type cooling furnaces equipped with high efficiency thermal calculation fans.
- To double check and ensure quality certification time to time it has to pass through Optical Emission Spectrometer, Prefil Inclusion Detector , Alcan Hydrogen Detector, Scanning Electro microscopy (SEM) & Energy dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) & German made ultrasonic detector.
NOTE :
For smooth and continuous supply Billets of 6xxx series on half yearly or annual contract against confirmed L/c basis from primary producers can be arranged up to 180 days credit with international interest rate is possible.
